SR20DET tuning

hey guys im Dylan, just joined and iv got a 1989 240sx with a sr20det blacktop and i dont have a tune for it and im very new to nissans and the way there tuning works so im just curious what i have to do to tune it

mod list
Blacktop SR20det
Full CX racing FMIC
Megan EX mani
Cx racing dual core rad
Silicone rad hoses
greddy type rs bov
Twisted motions GT2871r turbo on 12.5 psi
Tomei metal headgasket
Megan racing down pipe
Xs power full ex system
Xs power test pipe
S15 sr turbo inlet
Specter intake
isis intake manifold

any help would be appreciated thanks guys!

thank you, could you guys help me, i went to start my car yesterday and as soon as i started it white smoke with a bluish tint was coming out of the exhaust and a little from the hood i ran it for 2 minutes then shut it off. i know its not the rings, but now im lost at what to think.

Valve stem seals? Oil can leak past them after they cool, and will pool on the piston. As to the smoke under the hood, make sure your PCV is working correctly, and that your breather hoses are all attached to where they should be.
