Car and Driver Covers Drifting!
Yea.... i was watching tv and car and driver came on.... and next thing i know.. they were talking about drifting! i was like woaaa wth... and they were using the new GTO.. and they were talking about what you need to fix up your car with in order to drift with and stuff.. lol iono it was just funny cuz they were using GTO and not actually like a japanese car...

Depending on your point of veiw,it could be a good or bad thing. Means drifting is getting more exposure,and mainstream...

yeah i picked that up in an airport a couple of weeks ago. those GTOs are actually not bad cars, and it's nice to see a traditional school like Bondurant embracing new(ish) motorsports

OLD NEWS...haha, but now drifting is a truly recognized sport in the US, once youve hit the standard auto mags, your in for a good while

Damn I just missed it too, all I got to hear was the F1 chick talk about drifting her formula car. There was an article in one mag about different kinds of motorsport and drifting had three pages or so to itself. Said it was one of the most difficult forms of motorsport to master and also the most expensive.
