I just bought Work equips, and am wondering about what tire size I should run and how it would fit, and how much pull/roll I need.
98 s14, stance coilovers 18x9.5 front +8 18x10.5 rear +16 I want to run up to a 305 in rear if I can....what do you recommend? Anyone have pics of a similar setup? |

thats hardcore weak size dude please let no one else see this post i think it would clear a coilover by almost nothing cause +35 is high ass offset.

it's gonna hit coilovers and look like crap - and isnt related to this thread (this thread is for fitment - not battleships and 4x4s)

so can I as a question thats probably pretty obvious..but for those of you that who basically have your tires touching your fenders....or everyone in this thread i guess....what happens if you hit a pothole? seems like it would smack your wheel right up into the feder and seriously fuck some shit up...idk

yeh, when i was setting up my sus i noticed i was a little too low, as my rear wheels were scraping my fenders during compression.
i also have a couple little dents on my front fender from the wheel rebounding into it. no biggie. I raised it a few mm's and it's all gravy now. metal fenders are tough. as your wheel rebounds into the fender it cambers in, the wheel doesn't move straight up. so it's all in finding that fine clearance.

okay needa quick pointer:
I'm running baby dick 16x8 +0 all around, 225/45 in the back and prolly getting 205/45 in the front, no if i lower this as far as my shitty ksports will go will they tuck w/o rubbing, or will it not even be flush. If so what size spacer should get to slam the tire to the fender.

I don't know if anyone else thinks this but it might be a good idea to make sub wheel fitment threads like:
S13 stock body rolled or unrolled S13 pulled and rolled S13 overfenders S14 stock body rolled or unrolled S14 pulled and rolled S14 overfenders or if not just seperate chassis S13 S14 or models S13 coupe S13 hatch S14. I say this because this thread is a nice start but damn its all mixed up, I think one of the reasons why people visit this thread is to help them get a visual as respect to flushness for there particular chassis. |
