97 KA24DE No Spark, No Fuel

1997 s14 stock KA, ran great. One day it stops starting. I'm getting power, but fuel pump doesn't prime and no spark when tested.

Looked through basically every fuse in the car, including the EGI, all good. Back-probed the ECU harness when the key is on and i'm getting 12V. I have reason to believe the EGI relay may be fried, but I have no idea where it's located. I've searched and can't find a definitive answer for s14 EGI relay location. Can anyone help me out or have any other ideas?

Thanks.

I tried a megasquirt pnp2 ECU and couldn't get it to work. The 12V light came on so I know it's getting power. The laptop couldn't detect the ECU however, so I wasn't able to load the tune or try and get it started. I backprobed the back of pin 36 (ignition?) on the harness when connected. Heard it was supposed to be getting 12V, I barely got .12 mv...

Fuel pump isnt kicking on, start there. Fuel pump relay is on the harness by the computer..... I think. Check that, and make sure you're getting power everywhere, then follow it back to the pump to make sure everything is good. Grounds too, very important.

97.... obd2.... codes?
