no running lights or dash lights

93 hatch w/redtop.
Im having a problem with my exterior/interior lights, and Im looking for some help.
When i turn my lights on..everything comes on...for about a minute...after that. the only lights on are the headlights...no running lights, no tail lights, and no gauge cluster lights. cycling the combo switch used to fix it...now..they all just stay off.
im looking through the FSM and it would SEEM the only common between them all is the combo switch. Is there a relay or somthing else that im missing here? Really frusterating. Any help would be appriciated..thanx.

First check the fuse
Then see if you have any aftermarket gauges or lighting wired into that circuit. Then check all the wiring at the socket for all external lighting, side markers, winkers etc.
there could be a short at the fender brace area on s13's
buy more fuses! There is also the contact cleaning option but, I wouldn't start there first.
