taka line install problem.
im installing the taka lines on my t28 and i am running into trouble when i am trying to fit one of the coolant lines between the actuator arm. i was wondering if it would harm the wastegate if i turned the arm so the bend was facing up.

common problem.
either take the wastegate actuator off, then install the 90 degree line into the turbo, then reinstall the actuator. i believe "burnsauto" has done this with success. OR use the 90 degree end on the block, and the straight fitting on the turbo. when i did it i was like, uhh this doesn't fit, and just flipped the coolant line around and there was much rejoicing. |
