s13 Rear suspension issues..

I recently completed the Z32 rear brake setup. When I did that I also swapped in a non-HICAS subframe. I am using the complete Z32 NA rear spindles, Z32 struts, Z32 2+2 ebrake cable, all stock S13 suspension arms, HICAS sway bar, and the nissan balljoint spacers so the S13 balljoints on the lca fit the Z32 spindles..

The first issue is when I went to tighten up the axle nuts all the way, the axles seized up and wouldn't turn unless the axle nuts were backed off. Any ideas why? I used a second axle nut to lock the first one in place once I got it to where the axles weren't locked up. I made sure the hubs weren't loose and didn't have any movement too.

The second issue is when I was cruising at highway speeds the rear end seemed loose. It felt almost like it was swaying from side to side. It didn't just pull one way or the other. I aligned it right after I put the new subframe and spindles on.

I've tried searching this issue, but couldn't find anything! If someone does find something, please post the link! I would greatly appreciate it
