Alright so my headlights like to stay up, Ive already taken the combo switch out and cleaned the contacts and it made no difference. If I manually lower them they will come back up if I turn on the headlights or push the headlight button. I do notice that the H/L RET DOWN relay will click whenever I push the headlight button after they are up.

so I whipped out my multi meter and started getting to work, Ive tested terminal #3 and got 12v when the lights on like it says. then whenever I test #9 on the HL timer I get nothing. Also I get nothing on terminal #26. I'm not sure on where to go at this point...
