s13 auto ecu to manual

I just swap a twin cam automatic into my 1990 240sx my car was single cam manual, I change the tranny to manual, and I was wonder if you need a manual ecu to go with it. if so is there any way you can mess with the wuto ecu to work with a manual.. thanks so much

You can use AUTO or MANUAL ECU's on a 5 speed kADE car. Im using a AUTO ecu on my 5spd because of no speed limiter and higher rev limit.
