S13 Subframe swap... wheel now off-centered! HELP!

Hey all

I just completed the s13 rear subframe swap into my z31.
Here are the complete list of parts I used...

S13 240sx Subframe
Stance solid rear bushings
GEs Subframe Swap Kit
GEs z32/q45 upright coilover brackets
Q45 rear aluminum uprights
Z32 n/a brake cables
27mm Mazda RX8 sway bar
PowerTrix Ultra-Lites
PowerTrix Multi-Link Arms with QA1 Joints
Poly bushings everywhere
B14 Sentra front BallJoints for the rear +1mm
350z built Nismo GT Pro 10 clutch pack CLSD with 31 spline custom axle stubs
Z32/q45 6x1 axle combo - 30 spline
Custom aluminum driveshaft with oversized u-joints
Z31 3" CM echast with Dual-Tip MagnaFlow Muffler
370z 14" rear rotors
SRT8 rear 4 pot Brembo calipers

The problem I am now facing is that driver side wheel is too far back towards the rear, while the passenger is perfectly centered.
I have cross measured multiple points of the subframe installation, and all within 1/16" from both sides... I am 99.999999% confident that my measuring and welding was good.

The only thing I can think of is that the RLCA is bad or tweaked.

Here are some pics of the passenger side...

Here pics of the driver side...
You can clearly see the wheel is set back further. I have the traction rod set at its shortest position.

Caster is pretty far off. Visually the subframe looks straight? Try adjusting via tension rods I believe. You need full adjustable arms to change rear caster with an s13 subframe
Exhaust is also blocking he driver side so we can compare threading on your toe rods

Yeah subframe is good.
I do have fully adjustable arms.
PowerTrix toe, ruca, and traction rods.

Traction rods are at their tightest setting.
