SR S14 SR20DE ECU problems??

BLUF: How can I tell if my SR20DE ECU is bad? (ECU code WA)

Recently got my wiring harness back from Wiring Specialties, hooked everything up and somehow my fuel pump isn't wanting to prime/run. It was fine when I pulled the motor, I currently have power going to the pump, my relay is fine, as is my fuse. All grounds are accounted for and I have continuity everywhere I can imagine. Yury (from wiring specialties) is convinced it's the ECU. From what I've read, you can't run codes on this ECU without a consult tool...

And yes, I searched...

Hey man I am having a lot of trouble with my s14 Sr20de sep in my s13. Did you ever figure out what was wrong. I purchased a wiring specialties harness as well but have been struggling to get the car to run. I can turn the crank the engine and it will turn on with the help of starter fluid. I believe it may the injectors that are not operating correctly. Would you mind giving me your opinion on what is going on?
