Front Sway Bar Input!
I currently have tein HA's 8/6 i believe. rUCAS, rEAR TOE LINKS, front tension rods and so on. I am looking to make a grip setup for my car. after some research and searching thru zilvia, it seems the stock 15mm bar in the back with new bushings and endlinks is fine. The front however, has me confused i am torn between:
1) Tanabe front (30mm) Holo 2) Whiteline Front (27mm) solid. Was told the endlinks are junk that come with it. To use stocks. 3) Progress Sway bar (27mm) Solid. Endlinks Rock! Gimme your input everyone. Remember this is GRIP NOT DRIFT. Thanks! Edit: This is for a S13!

I've done 6 autox's and 2 track days (and fuck drifting). I also have Energy suspension bushings installed everywhere, but a rear sway still makes all the difference (with a font too).
You want to upgrade your rear sway-bar first. Cars are designed from the factory to have under-steer, the 240sx has ALOT of understeer. If you upgrade your front without upgrading your rear you're going to get really, really bad understeer. Now don't get a godspeed rear sway, way too stiff it's more for drifting. (I know cause I got one, and then later replaced it with a thinner one.) |
