Changed the fuel filter for te hell of it and it helped idle, the old one seemed a tad clogged not sure why, now it idles at 15.3-15., part throttle though is still crazy lean, gunna change the o2 tomorrow.. And triple check the gasket stern the elbow and dp

same

my aem is saying about the same numbers 15-16.5 @ idle...i also was wondering was it normal...but im running only a downpipe no exhaust behind it...and my wideband is inserted on downpipe bong...

Have you added as much fuel as you possibly can in with the AFC to try to richen it up under load at least? Have you added some fuel with the AFC in the regions with part throttle and lean rev up.

You should be aiming for 14.7:1 AFRs at idle and vac revs....MAX
You should be aiming for 11.5:1-12.0:1 AFRS under load or boost.

If you have added in all the fuel you can with the Afc then your problem is your injectors may not be sufficient. End of story get a used PFC L Jetro, throw that on there and go from there if you want real management control etc.

Should i put on afpr on and turn the fuel pressure up a lil?

No, not just doing that, but you should monitor fuel pressure. Should be 3 bar at 0 vac. 1lb of fuel added for every lb of boost. You may have a bad fpr or fuel pump. If its the pump turning up the fpr wont help.
