I just purchased a 95 s14 and the speedometer and odometer does not work. I swapped the cluster thinking maybe there was a problem with mine but it still does the same thing with my second cluster. Everything else works. What could the problem be?

Check the speed sensor on the transmission if its hooked up.

It is a manual, and I am going to check the sensor today.

I'm in for VSS because when the speedometer doesn't work, neither does the odometer. They're both tied into each other somehow.
