Nissan 200SX S14.5 1996 widebody
There are a lot of awesome builds on Zilvia already and I hope I can contribute to that. I also want to help out the community for others who wants to do a S15 conversion or are in the middle of a S15 conversion.
This is my car how I bought it 4 years ago. It's a 1996 Nissan 200SX S14 with a SR20DET. My first mods where some Sport Edition (German special edition) 17" BBS wheels: But I always liked the S15 front. Inspired by my brothers old S14.5 I decided to put on a S15 front as well. I bought some headlights but still needed to buy the mounting brackets and connector plugs. It took quite some time to find to correct ones. So here's a complete list with part numbers:
- 26090-85F00 - Left S15 headlight bracket - 26040-85F00 - Right S15 headlight bracket - 84343-79901 - blinker/parking light plugs (2x) - HB3 9005 plugs - High beam plugs (2x) - 24028-AG007 - low beam plugs (2X) -> These are actually the wrong ones. I should need an exact mirror image from these ones. So I just remove the ridges and the edges from the plugs. Then they slide right in. Perhaps the correct part number is B4342-79906. 26090-85F00 - Left S15 headlight bracket: - 26040-85F00 - Right S15 headlight bracket: 84343-79901 - blinker/pariking light plug: HB 9005 plug: 24028-AG007 - low beam plug: |

Two of my friends are going to do all the bodywork. First is to cut the rear fenders:
Then weld it together: Nice result! Quick look how the rear wheel fits Quick look with the rear fender: Excellent fitment without spacer. |

Go down to a 225/35 in the front, notch top coilover hole for more camber, lower car more!

European build threads are always the best, hands down...especially compared to the sloppy shit most of ours are. Attention to detail and always quality parts being used, love it.
I was actually hoping for something like this to come along because I've been dying to know when I can get some of those OEM-EDM 200SX side-marker turn signals and was wondering if perhaps you knew?

Not sure what a front wing is, but they're the ones that go on your fenders. The zenki ones are amber and the kouki ones are white, I want the kouki ones Do you know where to get them? That would be awesome!

You mean the ones on the front fender between the wheel arch and the door? They're both amber for the zenki and kouki. We just use some white ones from another Nissan car.

Nice, I'd rather you kept the front the same too but it looks like its going to look nice either way. I'm down for that purple color as well. I like how you cut the rears, looks much better than a lot I've seen. Keep the pictures coming, good work.

YES! Really, hmm I thought they were white for koukis since I've only seen them with white ones in photos. Anyways, where can I get them?!

truthfully I think s15 front... AND that rear wing are a bad combination...
you risk overdoing it. but if you can get those wheels to fit well and pull it off nicely this car could be a boss. good luck mate. |
