Stereo wiring problem

I know such a noob question but I have my pioneer stereo all wired up using diagrams on the net. I try to start it up but get absolutely nothing from the deck. I can hear the antenna motor powering up but that's it. I checked the fuses and all good there, otherwise I wouldn't be asking for help. I also can't find any other thread with this problem.
The only wires I am unsure of is the light green and the black w red stripe in the cars harness. In the diagram it says for both of them to connect to antenna power wire from the deck. I tried all combinations to try and get it to work but came up empty handed. Can someone help me figure out the problem? Could it be bad wire harness in the car? I'm not sure I can be if the antenna is getting power.

Car is a 92 btw.

You suppose to get (2) 12 volts from teh car. 1 IS memory and the other one i s ignition switch.

And btw hook the antenna plug to the radio, because the 240sx don't come with ground wire.
