Drift Car + Sound System???
Just wondering if it's unrealistic to want to have a bad ass sound system in a full purpose drift car. Will you be able to even hear anything? With out any interior I feel like the sound would be deafening. I would love to slide while bumping, just seeing if this idea is crazy or not.

Put your interior back in. Drift cars don't need to be gutted, especially 240s. Only thing you really have to do is make sure the sub is mounted nicely, but that goes for any car if you are doing it right.

Yup, he has a really really good system. I am 100% jealous, but even the system in my 13 back in the day was decent. I just went with good fronts, got custom adapter plates for better sizing, and had a powered sub.

I think it's perfectly reasonable. I absolutely love music it's another passion of mine. Back when I had my s14 I had a kicker l7 10", mounted it to the wood flooring I made for the trunk. This is a given, but mount it down and your good! Then get yourself some Polk audio speakers, some of the best ones imo! I worked at best buy at the time so I got a hefty discount on everything. My whole setup cost me 200 bucks. Super cheap compared to what it would have been. So go ahead and do it man!

I use a powered sub that's ratchet strapped into the rear interior.
My s14 came with no rear interior so I don't feel bad.

Have to have 90% of the interior for the lone star drift TXSL Series anyways. Might as well have tunes. I kind of want a single sub in my tire well.... Kinda. Also kinda want a spare though lol
