KA24e Header advice

After taking collection of my 1989 KA24e 240sx, I see that the welded exhaust system is welded right to the header, and no catalytic converter in sight. So rather can slicing that off and going with a welded cat, I'd rather change to a bolted system.

So basically, I need a new header and the piping that leads to the cat. All I have found so far are these.

Pacesetter Headers for 89-90
PartsTrain.com - Hard to Find Auto Parts and Truck Parts - Headers

Is that all I need to get to where the cat should be? Or is there more piping I need. Any advice appreciated, I'm new to this engine and 240s in general. I really need this thing to pass emmissions AND not sound like crap, so getting a cat on my system is crucial. Already have an HKS cat-back exhaust waiting.

Is this better? Any clearance issues you reckon? Because I think the SOHC header is shorter than that, with a pipe added to it. This looks like it comes with it already welded up.

Went with the obx. Gonna see how this works out. Unfortunately the exhaust I have is 85mm pipe, and the cat is 2.5''. I'm told the flange should still be the same so it should still fit.

That will work fine. The cat will bolt to the end of the header, the exhaust to the cat.
