Sluggish acceleration and high idle
So i am an idiot lets get that out there first. I just replaced the distributor on my 92 coupe (ka24). i lined up the most right timing line and shoved the dizzy in (thats were i done f**** up). lets just say its sluggish as balls and also it idles at 1500...
before i reset the dizzy would justy the timing cause my car to go from a 240 to a segway? also would it cause the high idle? |

Yes it would. Set the motor to TDC and redrop the distributor. Borrow a timing light if possible. Otherwise you can do it by ear (not recommended) if you hit the wrong tooth I'm suprised it even runs.
