would like to get some opinions on this hard start and idle surging issue.

car runs great on stock boost and pulls hard its just when i let off it starts to surge. the surging varies from small quick surges to almost dying stronger surges at times. i have noticed my vacuum pressure keeps fluctuating from 14in/hg to 10in/hg.

As for the hard start it doesnt matter if its cold or hot it takes excessive cranking and playing with the throttle to get it to start and right when it starts i have to keep it from dying for a few seconds by playing with the throttle then eventually it will idle with a surge
im thinking its either a bad iacv or air regulator. or a vacuum leak somewhere.
