S13 after 5 speed swap car wont move

Car starts I put into gear and try taking off and nothing just revs let out of the clutch completely while its in gear and doesn't shut off or jerk. I can also put it in gear while its on without pushing clutch goes in smoothly. The other thing i noticed is that if i leave it in gear car still rolls as if it was in neautrul while its off. Bad clutch??? Throw out bearing?? I bought the 5 speed swap from a shop im pretty sure the tranny works they said they pulled it out of a running car that they test drove. Please help.

Almost sounds like the transmission output shaft or maybe the clutch splines are completely stripped causing the transmission not to rotate at all. Did you align the clutch?

Either way, that transmission will need to be pulled off.
