Rb t28

Ok this may be a stupid question but im new to the 240 game so please dont flame me

Will the T28 from the RB20DET bolt right up to an SR20DET? What kind of gains would I be looking at? The RB20 T28 is just a journal bearing T28 instead of a BB T28 like the one from the S15 correct?

So wouldn't a t3 manifold allow it to bolt to the engine...?
