SR20 starts..bogs..dies...(vid inside also)
about a month ago i washed my bay and i got the harness wet and it did the same thing so i took off the harness and dried it but same problem but i started to fuck with the harness by bending it and it was fine after that. last week i drove through some water during the storm and as i was passing though the nile my car bogged and died. i had it towed and figured it was my harness again so i took it out and dried it since i saw some water/moisture where it goes into the firewall and near the ECU. put it back in and didnt work so i bought another harness and same problem. when i start it and give it gas there would be no response. cleaned the maf. put in another ignitor bad CAS?(dont know how to check if its bad) TPS?(dont know how to check if its the TPS) just throwing some shit in the air to see if i can get an answer. help help

will it stay running if ya keep the throttlle going??did ya fuck with the TPS..cuz if ya loosened the two small screws on the TPS it will not idle at all...try TPS Throttle Position Sensor (SR20) - Hardtuned.net to set TPS

looks like the problem is fixed. brother decided to move the car higher up the driveway and it stayed on. weird...before it died it had right under a 1/4 tank of gas...and now it was on E. maybe the sudden jerk from the move moved the gas around.
