finally! just got them today.

I called their ticket sales guy and he said if your tickets arrive after you've already left for D1, bring your ID and the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets. It would probably be a good idea to bring your order number also, in case they ask for it.

He also said that after returning from D1, you'll need to send them back the tickets that you didn't use, or they'll double charge you. (I dunno why.) The number I called was 714-593-0280, Promotions Director.

I just found out my tickets are at will call. There's one less thing to worry about. I hope the event isn't as disorganized as the preorder tickets were.
