Ive been searching the net for a datsun 280z mount kit for a vh45 swap. Is there any company that makes swap kits or does wiring harnesses for this specific swap?

Your probably the first; can always build one for yourself. But may I ask why vh in the s30 chassis? Why not RB or LS/chevy 350? Or even SR if you feel so inclined. They are well established swaps with plenty of info out there.

are you on ratsun? try there.
there are a lot of guys on there that will just make their own
mounts with great success. but i havent read of anyone on there
doing a vh so it might be a lil trickier

These guys make stuff to put them into the z32, but I think their engine mount kit is "universal"

Check out hybridZ too for tons of info on building motor mounts. Ratsun is good, but not as much info as hybridZ for the z cars.
