Brake light has serious issues

so my initial problem here was a brake light on the driver side not coming on. So I open up the panel with the bulbs on it and I spot one with a burned filament and replace it. Still nothing but now at least I have the other side of the tail light working for night time...but now when I hit the brakes the tail lights go off!?!?!

Not sure what is going on here, ground issue possibly?? Anyone ever have this happen to them?

S13 have the light problem where some bulbs wont come on, i found out the the ground wires are screwed into the bulb holder panel, just take a phillips head screwdriver and tighten them up, they always come loose
