Tie rods

I have a 96' S14 and have been struggling to identify exactly what tie rods I need that are affordable and most productive. Do I look to purchase Moog s14 inner and outer tie rods, or Moog Z32 inner and outer tie rods?

Thanks. I'll check them out when I'm more serious or break the oem steering. Someone said I could just slap on a set of moog es3438 onto my stock s14 inners and be okay. I was just wanting a cheap yet stronger option for now. I know tein z33 inners with spl outer is a good combo, but too pricey for me for now when I have other things to take care of.
