Do Skyline front 5 lug hubs fit on a 89-94 240sx

I've heard of people having 300zx and skyline front hubs on their 240sx, but what is all required to make them work. Do they fit on without any problems or is there any modifications that need to be done. I know i'll need 5 lug rims and i'm gonna do a brake upgrade. Otherwise I guess the s14 front hubs or the Peak Performance conversion would work, but I can get skyline one's for free. Sorry if this topic has already been discussed. I did some searching and couldn't find a thread on it yet.
