Problem with keyless entry

Viper model number 5704.

I'm here with my geek squad installer and we can't get the doors to lock and unlock as they should.

With the stock alarm system (Chapman), they locked, unlocked, and when I manually locked or unlocked the driver door, so did the passenger.

All is wired correctly so far..remote start functions properly, everything works.

The orange/black wire coming from the door... when you ground that, it unlocks.

Is there some other wire we need to look for? Maybe a bad relay.. or etc.

Any advice?

I'm having basically the same issue. I wired in a viper 211 hv and only the unlock button works but automatically closes it after a second. Manage to fix the issue? Also, how much was it for the guy to install the keyless entry?

i thought you had to get the actuators... then you wire it up to it.

I did, wired up two relays like this Car Security and Convenience, Power Door Locks, Type F, Single Wire Systems but it didnt work. I also tried http://www.directeddealers.com/manua...2008_02web.pdf on page 40. Is there a specific type of relay we need to use? I currently have the second type of relay/actuator setup.

The doors already had the stock actuators since I have power doors. If I opened one door before both would open. Not anymore after I tried to do the install.
