FOCUS Auto Sales
Well don't really know where to start with this one,
Maybe the fact that That business and Shop owner, (Jacko) just needs to take SERIOUS notes on how to run a business and treat people. Guys tring to run a food drive, some people post about their experiences w/ Focus and the owner Jacko , and he tries flaming us saying basically it's our fault he's a A$$ to people. Since then I''ve asked around a bit just to hear some other instances, thinking maybe I just cought him on a bad day or something but not to my susprise almost every story I heard was a horror story, about their service, car's they have sold or people that happen to know this Jacko guy. I was amazed! U got alot fan's my friend LOL Really, if you cared any bit about your business you would listen to what people say about you and do something about it. Rather than turn around and try to flame the hand that feeds you. FOCUS Auto = Big F*cking JOKE! Enter at your own risk!!! Someone that wrote to me that had a simular experience: " FUCK F*ggot g***s auto sales. I bought my S14 there, the price was 6k. Guess what? They tacked on 4k more on the paper and screwed me over. Granted I wasn't as smart as I was a year ago, but they are cold, rip off artist and assholes. The car runs, not that bad either. Tranny 2nd gear syncro is bad, but whatever, standard lol. Car had some problems, but not major ones...that I have yet to find yet after a year. If I could, I'd firebomb their lot, houses, and family. But maybe I'm taking it too far? These guys are total offs. That is why i'm refusing to go to this event. Fuck Focus Auto Sales " From another Fan: ""Focus Auto Sales huh? No offense, but are you guys still selling fucked up cars at ripped off prices?" Lots of positive feedback from the community!

Have you had any actual business dealings with Focus Auto Sales or are you just reciting hearsay?

First Hand on several occasions, I was even asked via email to help out.
This needs to be public, what good is a public review if you can't speak your mind.

I'm sorry you feel that way about our business. This is a more appropriate thread than the charity thread that I created. Glad you decided to open up your own thread. You are entitled to speak your mind and voice your opinion. I know it must be frustrating to have a bad experience with a business. I'm a consumer of other businesses myself. I value our customer and potential customer's feedback and that's partly why I'm on the forums. Plus, if you can tell, I love Nissans. For the record we don't advertise on Zilvia. Not yet at least. Let's start with this; your: 1) full name 2) phone number 3) what happen 4) when it happen 5) what do you want us to do to turn a wrong into a right I welcome this to all Zilvia members that felt negatively about us. If you want me to address your issue I'll need specifics so I can take a look back at our files and find the source of the problem (bad salesman, maybe I was having a bad day, do we owe you something, or whatever). We've been at the same location doing business for about a decade (10 years). There's no way any business would survive if they tried to shaft their customers. We started out selling common everyday cars. But with my hobby mixing with business and being in So. Cal., aka the birth place of tuner cars, we made available to the public preowned 90's Japanese sport cars. I'll be as accomodating as possible. But you have to be reasonable. If you remember, you posted in my charity thread that your car broke down. I offered you parts at my costs regardless of the negative comments that you posted. The moderator deleted all that on his own accord without my consent. If you recall, he also took out my flyer. Anyhow, looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Jacko Ps. If you want to talk in person you know where we are located, we're open everyday, or you can call me at 714-638-4200. |

I bought a set of front Q45 brakes from Jacko probably a year ago...
the guy seemed pretty legit to me. He even warned me that he was unsure of the condition/ history of it, I took my chances, and to this day, no complaints from me.

Sorry if there was a mix up.
I had it on my R34 Skyline with Volks. That's why I listed as a set of 5x114.3, 35mm spacers. Its used and I sold it for a reasonable price of $75 for the set of spacers with nuts and bolts. I have nothing to gain over $75 when we've been in business since 1997. You inspected the spacer when you picked it up in person back in June. This is the first time talking to you about the spacers, which is about 5 months later. So to recap, you inspected the spacers when you picked it up and you had 5 months to inspect the spacers. Not sure what you want me to do on a used part that you inspected during pick up and 5 months after the sale. I didn't receive any messages, emails or PMs from you within that timeframe. If you do have record of this please forward it to me. Also, when did I edit my original for sale thread? http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.p...light=oczilvia ...."Last edited by oczilvia : 06-22-2007 at 12:10 PM. " Please check you facts before making allegations. Once again, I apologize for any miscommunication. Sincerley, Jacko Focus Auto Sales |

Peter, I don't respond well to threats. I was going to be reasonable with you and work something out but if you want to proceed on your path of allegations and threats there is nothing I can do for you.
You're bugging out over a $75 used item that you inspected personally when you picked it up and had in your possesion for 5 months now. I don't make money selling parts. I sell parts at a really inexpensive price and I'm upfront about my knowledge or lack thereof of the parts. Yesterday was the first time we ever spoke after you picked it up 5 months ago. I don't have one email, letter, fax, PM or voicemail from you. |

No other reason than that. Also, I held onto that part for you for a few weeks if not more. Lastly, if you would have made a complaint about the part the same day you picked it up or even within 60 days I would have gladly gave you your money back and sold it to someone else. One day, one week, one month or even two months is a reasonable amount of time to inspect, test fit any kind of part, wouldn't you agree? I'm not sure what kind of return policy is expected for a used item 5 months after the sale. Anyhow, like I mentioned above, you didn't give me enough time to think of a fair compromise. Rather, you want to take me to court. That's a little bit unreasonable. |

I gave my keys to Steve Mitchell and he put me to shame on the track. Come out to the next charity event that we're sponsoring. Dec. 2, Sunday at CA speedway. Its also Nissan Performance Festival. AutoX, or track your car on the Ca speedway circuit, RC drift cars, activities for kids and car show. Thanks for the support. Jacko |

dude, if you're rly that upset about the spacers being the wrong bolt pattern, resell em (alot of subaru wheels are 5x110 so maybe nasioc would be a good place to sell?) and then buy the 5x114.3 spacers i have for sale. and oh yeah, maybe don't get banned so much.

Rolled Jacko's fenders on his gt-r awhile back. He seemed like a top notch guy and real enthusiast.
I've never heard of s14dk before, but he sounds pretty immature. Instead of posting a bunch of smilies, make a well thought out thread of why his business is so bad. Not some fake quotes you thought up.

Thanks for telling it like it is. Wish I rolled the fenders before mounting my wide tires. I learned the hard way. |
