Rear control arm/knuckle bushing removal discovery?

Just thought i would throw this out there. made things pretty simple. installed es bushing kit about a month back using a ball joint press and a matching socket and 10 gallons of elbow grease, mostly for the metal sleeves (biggest pita). I had been waiting on rear lowers for a while that was the last part and revisiting the whole bushing situation had me frustrated...
then i used this;
Old Forge Tools 31958 Pneumatic Slotted Panel Cutter - Toolfetch.com
torch then air hammer, 5 minutes...done. not even a scratch to the inside of the arm.
hope this helps some people.
