first of all, ive searched and am continuing to search.

but my ka will crank but wont start. now the starter works(its brand new) and ive narrowed it down to fuel. i have a greddy fuel rail with stainless steel braided lines. the fuel pump works and there is fuel pressure prior to the fuel pressure regulator. but i checked the return side and there is nothing, not even a trace of gas. my question is, is there supposed to be pressure coming out of there at all. if not then how often do fpr's get clogged or restrict fuel flow?
