I finally got around to draining my trany fluid but now I dunno how to put the new fluid in?? My brain is kinda fried this week but I've run out ideas to get it in there... looks easy but i'm having a brain enema...

You can fill it from where the shifter goes in.....i think...i'm supposed to try it when I get back from my road trip.
You will need a C-clip removal tool.

You can fill it through the shifter hole. However there is a drain plug on the side of the transmission. That is the level that you should fill it to. IIRC the FSM shows you putting your finger in the hole to check the level. Over filling the transmission would be a bad thing.

Go to Home Depot (or whatever) and buy one of those long slender funnels. Then get a 3 foot piece of 5/8 clear vinyl tubing from the plumbing department.
Go home. Jack up car, put jack stands under car (all 4) Remove drain plug from bottom of transmission with a 1/2 rachet. Clean any metal shards of magnet on plug. When done draining reinstall bottom drain plug. Remove the fill plug located on the drivers side of transmission. From under the hood, slip piece of tubing down near the exhaust manifold/downpipe area. From under car, slip the end of hose into transmission fill hole. Get it in there so it doesn't pop out and dump gear oil all over the place. From under the hood, put the funnel in the end of the hose and pour in you gear oil. Add gear oil until it begins to pour out of the fill hole. If alot comes out, wait until the flow stops before reinstalling plug. An overfilled transmission will blow the main seals and begin to leak. I use Mobil1 gear lube. Have had bad results with redline screwing with the sycros. now get to work!

There's a much easier way. Go to any autoparts store and get a fluid pump. Basically a long slender metal tube with handle at one end and a clear hose about a foot long at the other. Basically you put the hose in your trans fluid of choice and pull the handle which draws fluid up into the metal tube. Then put the hose into the filler hole on the trans and depress the handle to pump fluid into the trans case. Be sure to stop just below the hole (use your finger to check). It's not terrible if you fill it till it drains out the hole like I did, but then some of the fluid will end up on your garage floor after you drive it and it vents off the excess fluid.
The pump should cost you about $10 and will be money well spent since you'll need it for your diff too.

They are both normal thread. Clockwise to tighten, counter to loosen. Sometimes they can be a pain to remove. I have used a breaker bar on them to get them out in the past.

A 1/2in breaker bar works well. Takes some serious straining and effort but she will come out. We used a 3ft breaker bar to get civickilla's out <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':crazy:'>

I used a pump and it was a pain b/c Redline come in smaller bottles, and the hose that came with my pump was too short to get the the bottom of the bottle's. I think BBP's way would have been MUCH simpler and much less messy. I got tranny fluid all over the place.

changing tranny fluid is pretty straight forward...I suggest using the funnel/tubing over the pump, it was way easier. I changed the fluid on a 1990 civic which felt like it had the original fluid that came in that B16 from japan. I used a breaker bar with a 3/8" driver and it came off easier then the oil drain plug came off. I was done in 15 mins...I imagine that a 240 will be similar if not exactly the same.
