I heard that 240sx's have a, well, hard time staying together. My boss/freind said his brother bought a brand new 1993 240sx and maxima and the 240sx was nothing but trouble. Now i think this is probably just a case of being a bad egg but if its not i want to know before i get into it. Any comments would help. thanx

Yeah it's true, all 240sx's are big bags of shit that fall apart Wait a sec... ummmm... no there not What is your definition of a bad egg. For all you know your boss's, brother's car (ever play the game telephone, a story changes rapidly) could have just had a dumb problem (like a window that did'nt work) that bugged the #### out of him so he complained alot so your boss has a bad impression. Anyway the 240SX's are as reliable as any other car out there, probably above most cars in dependability. But let's say you buy a 93', thats a 8 almost 9 year old car, it's not gonna be perfect.

Hmmm.........

I have owned 3 240'sx two s13's and one s14. My biggest problem was a dead turbo (which they arent turboed from the factory) and ummm, the 89 240 I had to replace the radiator.

Thats real high maintance for ya.
