1996 240sx s14 Ls1 swapped, Kouki Conv. Origin lab / PBM / Fortune auto / sikky etc.
It is time to sell my S14 240sx. It is a blast to drive but I just do not have time for it so rather see it go to someone who will enjoy it.
Pros: -All the parts that come with it, Jaw dropping fitment and looks ! -Paint is in almost perfect condition (front lip no cracks can take pics) -The car is in great condition was Fully built and completed in June of 2015 for the Sema Las vegas car show. Honestly since then the car has maybe seen the road a handful of times. Always kept in my garage. -Before the tear down and rebuild this is an original owner car with a clean California title as well. Painted in June 2015 Cons -Car would need to be trailered by new owner. Took it out for spin and then it just stopped going into gear when the car was on. Turn off the car can go into every gear. Started in gear and drove it back up to st to my house. Not sure if its the slave cylinder common issue with the t56. Could be easy fix in the right hands. -Gas gauge works on and off and same with speedodmeter doesnt go past like 60pmh (But build my gps tells you how fast your going ) If you have any questions at all feel free to ask away. Asking $26,000 OBO Mods Exterior: - Jdm front bumper - Greddy front lip - Oem projector headlights - Oem clear corner lights - C-west clear bumper winkers - Aero Catch flush hood pins - VIS Dmax style hood - Dmax Led Tail lights - Ganador mirrors - JDM silvia front grill - Origin 45mm front fenders - Origin 55mm rear over fenders (molded) - Origin Stylish skirts - Origin raceline rear bumper - Megan Racing roof spoiler Interior: - NRG 2.8 quick release - NRG short hub adapter - Pioneer flush double din screen - Alpine A-pillar tweeters - Alpine 6 ½" door speakers Suspension: - Fortune Auto 500 series coils - Radial top mounts - 16/14k swift springs - PBM super angle drop knuckles - PBM steering rack bushings - PBM lower control arms with tension rods - PBM rear drop knuckles - PBM upper control arms - PBM traction rods - PBM toe rods - Sikky raised sub frame bushings - Sikky 32mm front sway bar - SPL Outer Tie rods - Tein Hard inner tie rods - Steer and Save quick ratio rack Engine/Transmission: - LS1 Engine 5.7L V8 - T56 transmission with stage 2 build (Billet keys, Bronze fork pads, Bronze shifter bushing, Carbon/Kevlar syncro rings) - Tuned with HP Tuners - Front Tub engine bay - Optima Yellow Top Battery (D27F) - Sikky mount kit - Sikky oil pan - Sikky oil filter relocation - Sikky ¾" ceramic coated headers - Sikky one piece driveshaft - Sikky LSX master cylinder adapter kit - Sikky LSX swap fuel filter kit - Sikky solid diff bushings - 255 Walbro fuel pump - 241 heads - Comp Cam (233/239, .595/.603) on 112 LSA - Dual valve springs - Spring seats - Titanium retainers - Forged push rods - Melling performance oil pump - Welded diff - MGW Short throw shifter - Ram Kevlar/organic dual friction disc clutch - Wiring Specialties LS1 S14 pro tucked harness - LS7 coil packs - Shaved wrinkle black valve covers - Summit Racing black fuel rails - Mishimoto KA Performance Radiator - Mishimoto KA Aluminum Fan Shroud kit with dual fans - Mishimoto Air Diversion plate (Black) - Mishimoto LSX swap Silicone Hose kit (Black) - Mishimoto Aluminum Coolant Reservoir tank - Mishimoto Aluminum Oil Catch Can small - Chase Bays Brake Boost Eliminator - Complete Engine Bay Shave - Complete Wire Harness Tuck - 3" Custom Stainless Steel "Y" Pipe - 3" Stainless Steel Custom exhaust with dual 3" tips Wheels and Tires: - Vip Modular VXS-710 - 18x10.5et-10 - 18x11.5et-8 Centers- Chrome Lips- Neochrome Barrels- Matte Black Hardware- Chrome Center Cap- Chrome - Toyo T1 Sport 225/40R18 - Toyo T1 Sport 255/40R18 - Muteki SR48 Extended Racing Lug Nuts in Neochrome Brakes: - Z32 26mm aluminum front calipers - Z32 dual rear calipers - Stoptech slotted front and rear rotors - Hawk HPS brake pads front and rear - Stoptech Stainless Steel brake lines - ASD hydro e-brake[/FONT] 10748387_1511649865754600_1399121923_n.jpg 10693375_296730673868748_1952893261_n.jpg |

26k and the car needs to be towed.....I never understand why people ask for so much for a car that they cant even drive home....They always say "Its an easy fix" well if its an easy fix how bout you fix it and then sell it? This has fishy written all over it.

Nothing fishy man , I'm asking 26k because there is no way you can build it for less with that parts list / labor / time. Shoot .. a stock 240sx 1 owner with 130k will still set you back 4-5k alone just for the chassis. I have some room for negotiation but Imo even at 26k that's a bargain. And the reason I'm not fixing it is because I don't have any extra cash to put in it have another project I'm invested in ATM. Cars just sitting in my garage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I'm asking the same running or not. In the right hands that's minor. I'll leave the build thread to this car right here.http://zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=573164

Everyone's a critic... You do know a slave cylinder is only like $150-$200 replacement? But nice build OP, hope it goes to a good home and nice build I'd love to buy your car but I'm about 10k short lol.

The slave may be "only $150-$200", but the slave is internal and you have to drop the transmission to replace it....It's akin to a timing chain change on an Audi V8. The parts are about $300, but it costs you about $4,000 in labor as the engine engine/subframe has to be dropped in addition to having to remove the entire front timing cover. That is an easy 20-30 hour job for a $300 worth of parts......... This is NOT a minor fix as the OP has stated and can easily be a weekend job with no guarantees it is actually the slave.... That's probably the reason the OP isn't getting any bites sadly as this car is extremely well put together |

Why do you think you need to remove the timing cover? There are many ways to remove the trans, but this is a bit excessive. You can remove a T56 from an LS S-Chassis without removing the engine though. TTT for a really clean car, good luck with the sale dude. There are some S-Chassis guys out there with money.... don't be scared off from these 16yo kids talking shit from their moms spare bedroom. |
