KA rich air/fuel readings.

my ka-t just recently started shooting me rich air fuel ratios during cruising on the high way and when i take off from a stop sign. my afr usually are 13.x on cruising.but know 9.x shows up on my guage. when i slam the gas the afr are ok...sounds confusing but idk how to explain it better...
late
