I have a 1994 Nissan Silvia s14 and need both inner and outer tie rods and I’m wondering if I can use 240sx tierods ?

as long as they're s14 240sx tie rods, then absolutely you can.

s13 inner tie rods are thinner and will not work with s14 outers

rockauto sells moog inner and outer tie rods for fairly cheap, and they come with a lifetime warranty.
