Great idea!!! Wish I came across your thread a lot earlier. Let me know if I can help with anything because I have both Zenki and Kouki wiper motors that I can lend to you for FREE! I'm right down the road from you.

haha fuck, I'll buy one and hack it up to fit. Or I'll just do an ultra elite relocation of that ugly ass connector pin to the inside of the cabin.

I've made some good progress this week. I now have the first prototype cover made and am meeting a fellow tomorrow to test fit it. If it goes well, then I can start making the production forms I need to make multiple parts. I'll post a pic tomorrow of what it looks like if I get the chance. We're getting close!

Here's some pics of what they look like. You'll have to excuse the pic of the one installed. I couldn't get the right light on it and my camera kept flashing, but you can get the idea.

Actually both covers leave the round black section open. I designed it this way so it wouldn't overhead while in use. Also sorry to say but I think it's going to be another week because I've been car shopping this week and haven't made much more progress. I'm glad to see everyone so excited though. It's nice knowing that I'm making something that's not just cool to me.

Sorry but I'm not planning on making one for the Kouki. The way the connector hangs off the body makes it really hard to make a cover for it but you can still have the clean look of the cover by retrofitting a Zenki motor and wiring connector onto your car.
