I believe the OEM seat brackets are integrated into the seat if i recall correctly. It is probably doable but for how cheap seats are its probably not worth the time and effort.

Thanks for inputs, I'm parting good stuff of my car then selling it, so don't want to spend $. Want to see if anyone knows for sure before I go and get this s14 passenger seat and try it myself.

Even if it is possible, the seat belt buckle would be on the wrong side. That might deter a potential buyer from wanting to buy the car.
At the end of the day, if you're not wanting to spend more money than necessary, just use the 2 different seats and call it a day. Or, borrow your friend's seat and see if the brackets/seats are interchangeable.
