Comes with regular beam bulbs only. As you can see the drive side light doesnt look so great, but when your hood is closed you cant see it. It just needs to be resealed to look better. and missing one bottom tab. Comes with extra parts shown in pic, can almost make another passenger side light - $160 shipped
