Unhappy Weird Noise by Cylinder 4 s13 sr20det

Hello everyone,

I'm puzzled on identifying a new noise coming from my engine. I hear it around cylinder 4 and it sounds too fast in my opinion for a lifter. I'm thinking either a rod or main bearing but I don't want to jump to conclusions too soon. I've researched and listened to so many videos for the past week and still do not feel confident on deciding what it is. So this is where I'm asking for your help! It's a light noise and the only way I can imitate it is by rolling your "R" lightly. Other than that here's a video. Hopefully, it's easy to hear. I appreciate your time and help!

Any ideas? I was planning to get it tuned but I'm not sure anymore.

i suggest use a screwdriver and listen like you would with a stethoscope to locate exactly where the sound is...eg listen to injector directly, maybe pull the valve cover off and inspect everything for tightness, missing parts, maybe even spray some ether around to ensure no leaks...my injectors have a fast click like you describe...usually a rod/crank bearing going is a slow sound as are rocker arms if it was a head issue...
