Deviousjet

I have a 89 SOHC 240sx but the guys I bought it from swapped it over to a dohc. Now I wanted to convert the tachometer so I purchased a cluster from a 92 and heard that all that needs to be done is move the tachometer from the 92 cluster to the 89 cluster did this bolted the new cluster back into the 89 and it still doesn't move. I'm stumped... Ideas???

Problem 2 I have been trying to figure out why my headlights don't move I know the motors are good tested them to the battery but can't really pinpoint the fuse or relay that runs the motors to check them. Any help would be great just to let me know exactly which fuse I should check.
