Question about areas on chassis (PICS) S13.

Alright. I've been scouring east (or just) east of the Mississippi for a 240sx. Bought one from ME and had it shipped. It looks a little rough but not bad for a 200k car. Little rust. I did have some questions about the frame rails and it's overall condition. I took pictures of two spots that concerned me on the right and left side respectively.

Right frame rail
Rear
Middle

Left frame rail
Rear
Middle

I was just wondering what those areas are. Are they joints from Nissan or something else?

Ive seen worse,
The frame rails on our cars are not really critical
The Silvia and 180sx in japan dont even have half the frame rails that the usdm 240's have

The reason it looks like it seperating is cuz the rail is crushed pulling that section upward.

I would'nt worry about it

Huh upon closer examination you're right. Wow can't believe I didn't notice that. I feel pretty dumb now. Well I guess when I take it to the garage and put it up on the lift I can measure to make sure nothing is super out of alignment. Than probably off to the body shop.
