made some progress this weekend,
finally got all the parts back i needed to assemble the turbo side and get the car to the shop. decided to put all the new parts for my build together just to get a visual on the amount of money i dumped into this build -_- my not so professional work station exahust side preped and ready to go Manifold on, the full race mani was such a breeze to install. it is hands down the best ka-t mani i ever put on. ( i used about 5 different manifolds on other ka-t setups) everything was such easy access , it really makes a difference when buying quality parts i tried my best not to scratch the nice ceramic coating on the manifold. As you can see the manifold/wastegate cleared everything well(ac/powersteering lines)only issue was the p.s. resivor line, that will need to be re-done in s.s. since it runs close to the first runner of the manifold. started to put the turbo on and then i realized that the oil return line didnt reach, i had to pull it off and clock he turbo. this took up alot of my time. I got it all reassembled and got the downpipe on. turns out that i dont have the turbo oil feed fitting, i need to order that before i can start the car again, then all i need to do is attach oil/coolant lines, i/c pipe and then its off to Tarmac for fuel system, intake manifold, catch can setup and custom fmic. getting there..

Finally made it to Tarmac now the real work beings :twisted:
agenda: install fuel setup ( dual pumps/s.s. lines from tank/fuel ral ect) custom intake mani insall pcv catch can setup v/c catch can setup custom fmic + pipes + wiggins or vmount custom 3.5" exhaust new harness aem v2 + sensors ls coils z32 rear brakes my wallet is going to love me :shock: =x

Very nice! clean car...I know you dont need tips on the car, but I think it would look freakin unreal if you painted that hood....

Damn Drew this is bad ass!!! I remember you telling me if you ever built a 350z you'd want it to look like my burnt orange one, well if I ever built a 240 this is how I'd want mine to look like. It's perfect at every angle, you're going to be killing it with them Meisters... Love this car!!!

lower portion of the fuse box will be cover and sealed , the fuse box cover is removable so its pretty access. ill snap some more pics when i head back to the shop

slight update: fab started on v-mount, every thing is looking awesome. Big thanks for Tarmac and damian for all the fab work! mounts fitment hot side end tank hot side turbo elbow modifying gtx housing wiggins weled on! cold side end tank intercooler weled long way tp go..

stoped by the shop last night for some late nite fab and beer!
started on the rad. hard piping, Damian is the man when it comes to figuring out these damm angles and flow.. quick look of how short the charge pipe will be once the winggins are on intercooler came out legit, ETS hooked it up! as she sits..

what color an fittings guys?
im using black nylon lines for the bay, im leaning toward the black/red, i think the blue/red is classic but way to many colors going on in my bay with polished/purple, flat black ect.. the black and silver is nice to but kind of plain IMO

Btw can you post pictures of the fuse box on the under side. Are you going to make a enclosed box and weld it to the body?
