Vandiver Park looks like a great place to meet. In order to make this a successful BBQ we will need everyone to volunteer to bring something.


GUYS THAT WILL BE ATTENDING THIS EVENT.
Could you list what you are going to bring? As in what type of food. What's a BBQ if there are a lot of people and not enough food if no one contributes. Thanks!


Just to give you an idea of what items we need, here are some suggestions:

-Coal
-Cooking utensils
-Finger foods - chips and dip
-Coolers (as well as ice)
-Condiments (Ketchup, Mustard, Mayonaise, Relish etc)
-Burgers + Buns
-Hot Dogs + Buns
-Ribs
-Drinks (soda, water, juice)
-Plastic utensils
-Napkins
-Plates
-Trash bags
-Snacks (brownies, cookies, donuts etc)
-Be creative....


This will be the first in a series of annual s-chassis Fall meets to come.
