Question 500 mile trip in a 91 S13, what do you think?

Im going to get an S13 silvia in 2 weeks and it is alot cheaper to fly down and drive back than to rent a truck and trailer and drive down and back. I am just looking for experienced long distance drivers and also a few "what ifs"(what if it .....). A few details about the car are, it is a 91 with redtop sr, t28, cp pistons, eagle rods, greddy lifter stoppers and Odyssey battery(along with other bolt ons). Any help would be great also any tips that might work like drive a few hours then stop for 45min then drive the rest. I just dont wanna f up this car straight out the gate(carless at the moment, it will be my only DD)

Thanks in advance, also i know the owner and was told there is no reason it shouldn't make it but i still want a few opinions.

Shouldnt have a issue if he claims all is well. I daily my sr20 on factory everything, bout 500 miles i do every week and a half. Been driving it same way for 6k miles. Went through 2 slave cylinders and a fried ecu cause water got in the cabin and dripped onto the ecu harnedd connector. Check oil and coolant levels though before you leave, maybe stop half trip and check them again. Also if you get gas remb to put in premium.

Yeah you should be OK. Just be nice driving it home not to risk any issues. I drove my SR s13 from la to Phoenix the night I bought it. Had t28 and a leaky recirculation valve so I didn't get boost but it made it home no problem. Just bring a tool box and at least one 8mm driver to tighten up those intercooler clamps in case one pops off. That's about the one thing that could happen easily and make ur trip hell.
