Hmm... they sure do look like they're cheap crap, but I went thu the seller's feedback, and came across serveral (I stopped after 5), positive feedbacks from previous sales of these gauges.

If I were u, I'd do the same and contact the people that bought them and ask questions, that's what I always do.

megan racing gauges are crap. i bought a set of 8 for 150$ and sold them a week later. cannot read them in the daytime at all. they weigh nothing. shitty mounting hardware. needles twitch. etc. "2 faze" gauges also sound like shit. greddy gauges are expensive because they tell you what is going on with your car. if you just want a needle flopping around go buy some autopower or somthing.

Do not buy megan racing gauges. I bought 2 brand new and they do not work. The needle floats around like it is trying to work half the time and then the other half the time they do not work at all. At first i got them to kinda work by tapping them. I thought it was maybe my wiring but my 2 other auto meter gauges work fine. I also talked to another fellow 240 owner who had bought a couple megan racing gauges and he had the same experience with the gauges not working correctly.

i would not go cheap on such part.s espeically if you are depending on it
.7 bar and 1 bar of boost..very different. id like a gauge to ACCURATELY reflect that.

stop buying cheap shit!
spend good money buy better parts
people who go cheap only spend more in the long run
now getting a good deal on used aprts is another story, im talking about buying new stuff.

get some used greddys on ebay or used defis
might cost more but over time you DEFINATELY wont regret it

as maeda says, if your short on cash borrow 10 bucks from 10 friends and you'll soon have a 100 bucks and can buy some good shit if your short on cash!
hahaha..

Bahh.. I'll admit that I bought 3 MR gauges. Does it work well? I'd say so. They don't come with mounting hardware so I taped it to my steering columb. I do plan on getting rid of them.

bullshit on a stick V. your boost gauge is total garbage. you showed me how garbage it is. occasionally tapping it to make it work is not considered "good"

i spent $500 on 4 gauges and they work perfectly. never any problems. came with mounting shit, wires, senders, everything. i'll never have to buy gauges again unless i wan't a different color.

$45 later I'm not complaining. It only happens on vacuum which isn't that big of a deal to me.. oooohhhh 25" hg, that's some good stuff.
It works well, not great.

if you dont have money = Autometer mechanical units. accurate, and they work great and got a huge racing history. look at all the nascar cars running them. yea i'm sure they are total shit. thats if you are on a budget.

Megan gauges just look like ass. Worse then ass.

I'm quite happy with my Autometer Phantom gauges. And I got them all through eBay and they work like charm.

BTW make sure to buy the electric ones (don't believe the shit about how they aren't accurate). I currently have elect water temp, elect oil pres, elect oil tempn and mec. boost.
Apart from that all I would ned is EGT and I'm good to go in the gauges department.
