180sx kouki-ish style vq35hr swap

hey guys. been lurking this forum for a few years and finally decided to make a build thread.

started with an s13 given to me as a hand-me-down from my bro. don't really have too many early on pictures of it, but here it is about to be painted.

spent a lot of time working on the bumper and fender fitment, then eventually primered/painted it rustoleum white.

got some kouki tail lights for cheap so i had to try those on. cracked right side no lock and creased garnish though

then right back off.

then paint. sprayed on a gallon of rustoleum white thinned out with mineral spirits.

somewhere between the painting stages, i turbo'd the ka with the basic sr20 stuff. it was an awesome setup looking back at it. this was my favorite stage of the car so far. went back to stock fenders and polished the rota's also.

then i thought the 326 wing was the most badass thing ever so i got one along with the rps13 kevlar panel and filled the rear marker holes and antenna.

then i tapped a mount of dirt fooling around 1 too many times and the bumper was destroyed. failed a chassis harness tuck, ruined the car and left it like this for a while.

so while the motor was out i filled some of the intercooler pipe holes

then this showed up.

quick test fit with ebay mounts

cut hood skeleton for better intake manifold fitment.

crappy pics of header fitment.

shortened shifter and bolted that together also. might cut it even shorter since it's back out.
