Flushed coolant, now motor is flooding(with gas) and won't start???????????

Ok. It's a Bone stock s13 SR. It was running find the day before this happened. I changed the radiator and coolant. Now the car wont start. Every time I try to start it, it will instantly flood with gas. If I pull the fuel pump fuse it will start and run for about 4 seconds till the cylinders/rail run out of leftover gas. But when I put the fuse back in and crank it, it instantly floods out again.

Here's what I've checked

Ecu has a code 34 (knock sensor)
Checked compression
Checked spark
Checked for stuck injectors
Checked injector o rings
Checked fuel rail pressure (40psi)
Checked grounds
Replaced ecu
Replaced igniter
Replaced ecu coolant temp sensor
Replaced cas

Any help is appreciated!
