That sucks! I was driving down the interstate one day (going like 65) and it was raining ahead, so I could see the line in the road where the water started. I started braking before the water line and got down to about 50-55 and made sure to stop breaking before I hit the water. The car started getting twitchy and I went to full lock each direction and somehow managed to stay in my lane (there were cars in front of me and behind me - luckily no one on my left and right).

I'm glad you made it out unscathed!

damn that sucks dude, I'm sorry about your lost but be thankful you weren't injured. I've gotten my SR powered hatch sideways in the rain doing 45mph definitely a hair raiser but experience allows me to keep cool in those situations.

that sucks man. ive totalled a kouki before too =/ at least u have insurance. nows the time to buy too. makes me feel better about a deer hitting my car a few days ago and only damaging the fender.
